The Subtle Body: Nadis & Koshas

Journey into the subtle body with this two-day immersion exploring the energetic pathways and the layers of self. On Saturday, we’ll focus on Nadi Alignment, diving into the intricate network of pranic channels and learning practices to cleanse, balance, and awaken these pathways for greater vitality.
