Each module in our RISE 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training is offered on a recurring schedule, giving you the flexibility to complete your training at your own pace. If the dates for a particular module don’t align with your availability, you can take it the next time it’s offered—no need to worry about missing out. This adaptable approach ensures you can earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or work toward your 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification while balancing your training with your life.

  • Deepening Anatomy: Elbows, Knees & ankles

    HOURS: 4

    DURATION: May 17, 2026

    These hinge joints may seem simple, but they hold the key to refined alignment and injury prevention. This module brings awareness to the elbows, knees, and ankles—exploring their joint mechanics, how they respond to load, and how to protect them in high-pressure postures like arm balances, warriors, and squats.

  • The Art of Curating a Yoga Playlist

    HOURS: 4
    DURATION: MAY 30, 2026

    In this module, teachers will explore how to curate playlists that support the arc of a yoga class. Through an experiential practice and discussion, we’ll explore how music can guide grounding, build energy, support flowing movement, and create space for rest. By the end, you may find yourself listening to music in an entirely new way.

  • The Subtle Body: Nadis & Koshas

    HOURS: 6

    DURATION: June 27 & 28, 2026

    This two-day immersion explores the subtle body through Nadi Alignment and Kosha Awareness. Saturday focuses on cleansing and balancing the energetic channels for greater vitality, while Sunday delves into the five layers of being, offering tools to integrate them into personal practice and teaching. The weekend provides both experiential learning and practical knowledge to deepen connection to subtle anatomy and support holistic well-being.

  • The Art of Asana & Breathwork

    Immerse yourself in the physical and energetic practices of yoga through asana and pranayama. This module combines history, technique, and hands-on learning to deepen both your personal practice and teaching, helping you move and breathe with greater intention, awareness, and skill.

  • Embodying the Sutras

    HOURS: 12  
    DURATION: AUGUST-OCTOBER, 2026

    Embark on a focused exploration of the Yoga Sutras to deepen both practice and teaching. Across three sessions, we’ll study key teachings from Book 1 and Book 2, exploring their historical context and practical relevance. Participants will learn to apply these insights to cultivate greater awareness and inner clarity, while also integrating the wisdom of the Sutras into their teaching. Through discussion, reflection, and experiential practices, this workshop supports a more grounded, thoughtful, and inspired approach to guiding others.

  • The Art of Sequencing & Teaching with Intention

    This module teaches how to design intentional, cohesive yoga classes by understanding sequence identity, building toward a peak, and creating a supportive class arc.
