Dreamscapes: A Floating & Grounded Sound Journey
Slip into your coziest pajamas and unwind in Dreamscapes, a now 90-minute immersive sound journey featuring gongs, electric cello, singing bowls, and other sacred instruments. Choose from a grounded soul space or a floating hammock as Ylonda guides you through breathwork, yoga nidra, and deeply restorative sound vibrations for total relaxation.

Deepening Anatomy | Hips & Glutes
HOURS: 4
Dive into the power center of the body—your hips and glutes. This session explores the complexity of the hip joint, range of motion, and the crucial role the gluteal muscles play in balance, mobility, and protection of the lower back. Discover how hip stability (and mobility) influences your asana practice and impacts everyday movement.

Energetic Mastery through Chakra Wisdom

This journey will guide you through the Chakra system, teaching you how to manage and heal your energetic body. Each session focuses on one of the seven chakras, exploring their unique energies and how they influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Deepening Anatomy: Shoulders
Explore the delicate dance of strength and mobility in the shoulder girdle. This module unpacks the structure of the shoulder joint, rotator cuff muscles, and common areas of tension or injury. Learn how to support shoulder health in dynamic and static postures, while enhancing freedom of movement and functional stability.

Come As You Are
Come As You Are is a 75-minute all-levels heated yoga flow inspired by the gritty, emotional power of 90s grunge music. Led by Jen, this class channels the era’s rebellious spirit and its call for authenticity, justice, and emotional truth. Move with purpose, release what you’re holding, and remember—you don’t have to be anything but yourself. Come as you are and leave grounded, empowered, and real.

Hot To Flow
Our Friday Night Party Series is back—and we’re kicking things off with a Chappell Roan-themed yoga class that’s all fire, freedom, and fierce vibes. Join Vanessa for a 75-minute all-levels flow set to bold beats and power ballads, plus a signature Chappell-inspired spirit free drink from Verbena to keep the party going. Experience a 60-minute slow flow with Sarah Ezzie Haines, enriched by the ethereal, heart-centered live music of Tori Kurtz, Willingness. This fusion of movement, sound, and vibration invites deep embodiment and soulful connection.
After savasana, we’ll share ten minutes of silence, followed by tea in quiet presence. A journaling session and guided discussion on simplicity, presence, and existence will close our time together.

Mending the Heart | Yoga for Grief
Grief affects us all, whether from loss, life changes, illness, or other challenges. This 75-minute session provides a space to process through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness. Using somatic practices, we’ll gently explore where emotions reside in the body, creating space for healing. You don’t need words for your grief—let your body speak. Through compassionate movement, we’ll release tension and stored emotions, allowing you to carry your grief with greater awareness and self-compassion. Open to anyone navigating grief, with no prior yoga experience required.

Equinox Flow | Embrace the Change
Join April and Jacob for this special 90 minute, hot all levels class to move from the abundance of summer to the introspection of autumn. Through transitional poses, optional hands-on assists and intentional props to support you, this practice will help you embrace change, find balance, and let go of what no longer serves you.

Basics Workshop
Whether you're new to yoga or just want to refresh your practice. Join us for a workshop where you will explore standard poses, alignment, and vinyasa sequences. Led by one of our SY teachers, students will learn about basic anatomy along with safe and appropriate alignment to ensure they can get the most out of every pose. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and mat. If you do not have a mat, let us know and one will be provided. Let us take care of the rest!
