Mending the Heart | Yoga for Grief
Grief affects us all, whether from loss, life changes, illness, or other challenges. This 75-minute session provides a space to process through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness. Using somatic practices, we’ll gently explore where emotions reside in the body, creating space for healing. You don’t need words for your grief—let your body speak. Through compassionate movement, we’ll release tension and stored emotions, allowing you to carry your grief with greater awareness and self-compassion. Open to anyone navigating grief, with no prior yoga experience required.
Equinox Flow | Embrace the Change
Join April and Jacob for this special 90 minute, hot all levels class to move from the abundance of summer to the introspection of autumn. Through transitional poses, optional hands-on assists and intentional props to support you, this practice will help you embrace change, find balance, and let go of what no longer serves you.

Basics Workshop
Whether you're new to yoga or just want to refresh your practice. Join us for a workshop where you will explore standard poses, alignment, and vinyasa sequences. Led by one of our SY teachers, students will learn about basic anatomy along with safe and appropriate alignment to ensure they can get the most out of every pose. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and mat. If you do not have a mat, let us know and one will be provided. Let us take care of the rest!

Summer Solstice | 108 Sun Salutations

Join us for a special free class to celebrate the Summer Solstice with Christina, who will guide you through 108 Sun Salutations. Sun Salutations, or Surya Namaskar, are sequences of yoga postures traditionally performed to greet the sun, involving forward bends, backbends, and strengthening poses that engage the entire body. It can be difficult to navigate the disruptions and bigger "lifequakes" we've all experienced without having the necessary tools to find calm amidst the chaos.
This workshop is for you if:
+ You've felt lingering anxiety in your life
+ You are chronically exhausted or stressed out
+ You're constantly feeling busy or like things are out of control
+ You feel restless, tired and have a hard time concentrating? This constant feeling of exhaustion and overwhelm takes a toll on the nervous system. Being able to consciously activate our parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) brings us more peace and mindfulness.
In this workshop, we will use:
+ Breath (pranayama)
+ Movement (asana)
+ Meditationto reset our nervous systems and leave with tools to incorporate in our everyday lives when we need to find calmness.

Last Call
Join Guest Teacher, Tamra Moroski, for Last Call, a yoga social where we reimagine weekends and redefine the concept of alcohol.
This vibrant community focused class fuses wellness and fun. Through an intentional 60 minute hot yoga flow, you will leave feeling awake, connected, and alive. "Last Call" is a rebellious choice, showing that you can have fun, meet new people, and wake up refreshed.
After class, join us for a social hour to enjoy a refreshing alcohol-free cocktail, crafted by Verbena Free Spirited Shoppe. It’s a chance to meet others who are on this journey too, where sharing a story or just listening is part of the fun.

The most impactful aspect? 100% of the event proceeds will contribute to the Awake To My Soul YTT IMPACT scholarship award, exclusively designated for a QTBIPOC student.
