We are excited to offer the Awake to My Soul 200-Hour LAUNCH, a Yoga Alliance certified teacher training for 2025-2026. With over 150 graduates from this program, it is designed to support all personal journeys—from those simply looking to deepen their practice to those who envision yoga as a career. We believe that yoga is an artful expression of the self, and our goal in this training is to provide students with the space to explore the diverse practices and philosophies of yoga. By identifying what speaks to them, students can then cultivate and express their own unique voice through their teaching.
Participating in this training can be a profound experience, taking you to places in your mind + body that you never thought possible.
Through a lens of love + compassion, we will support each other as we grow, heal + connect with parts of us that we never knew existed or have long forgotten.

This program is designed to build a strong foundation for your teaching practice, while you cultivate an enriching + remarkable practice of your own.
The confidence to teach a variety of vinyasa yoga classes, including slow flow, powerful flow, yin, + including ways to modify the practice for common injuries.

Vocal Projection- One of the most powerful presentation skills to learn. Projecting your voice correctly can help your message better resonate with students while keeping your voice healthy and safe.
