This module explores the deeper layers of how we design and guide a practice with clarity, purpose, and impact. Teachers will learn how to build a class from the inside out—understanding the identity of a sequence, how to intelligently shape a peak experience, and create a thoughtful arch that supports students from beginning to integration.

We’ll bridge anatomical understanding with energetic awareness, allowing sequencing to become both informed and intuitive. Rather than teaching poses in isolation, this module invites you to see the practice as a cohesive experience—one that tells a story, supports transformation, and meets students where they are.

Through this process, teachers refine their ability to create classes that are not only structured and effective, but also meaningful, connected, and alive.
