Soul Yoga for the Sober-Curious

Last Call

What if we could reimagine our weekends?

What if we could turn the concept of alcohol on its head and still wake up feeling refreshed, energized, and connected with like-minded individuals?

We can! — at the first Soul Yoga Social for the Sober-Curious.

August 11

7-9p

Our all-levels heated yoga flow encourages you to sweat, move with intention, and engage every muscle, awakening a sense of aliveness within.

This isn't just a yoga class - it's a fusion of wellness and rebel fun. It’s movement in a vibrant, party-like atmopshere that will invigorate your Friday night by going agains the grain and being sober-curious.

It’s also about community. Soul Yoga provides a space for you to open your heart and connect with others exploring a sober-curious lifestyle. This is a place where you can be unapologetically yourself and express who you are, free of judgement. Soul Yoga is a place where everyone belongs.

Let's sweat, connect, express, and be mindfully rebellious together.

What to Expect

Prepare to dive deep into your body with intentional sequencing, connect with your breath, and cultivate a heightened sense of presence. You'll leave feeling fully embodied and in tune with yourself.

Soul Yoga is a safe and accepting space for students at all different levels. Our goal is for students to leave with a thorough and comfortable understanding of the basics of the physical practice of yoga. So we encourage questions and discussion to ensure that’s what you’re getting.

Hands on assists are optional. You can indicate your preference by using the magnet of your soul space

About Tamra

Tamra began practicing yoga over 13 years ago and after navigating through a difficult point in her life. Yoga helped her become more self-aware, compassionate, and present. Deepening her love for helping others, she received her Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification from Ylonda Rosenthal-Greene’s Awake To My Soul program in 2022.

Tamra’s teaching and movement philosophy comes from her passion for life and adventure. She turns up the heat with a sweaty vinyasa flow, combining it with challenging holds, a slow-burn sequence, and a loud playlist!

Her goal is to get you into your body, fully present, feeling it safely stretch and strengthen as you move. She encourages you to challenge yourself and push past self-limiting beliefs, while always listening to your body and doing what feels good to you.

She’s a true connector at heart and loves seeing how empowered her students feel after class. She thrives on cultivating relationships, growing community, and making yoga more accessible to everyone.

Tamra exposes her own lust for life off of the mat by challenging her mind and body through CrossFit, running, breath work, cold exposure training, and meditation practices.

She has two young, active boys that she spends her time with playing sports, enjoying nature, and exploring Cleveland.

What Should I Bring?

Your beautiful self! And don’t forget to bring your mat and a water bottle along with any personal props to make yourself comfortable. Towels are complimentary and mats are available for $2 rental.

Reach out if you have any questions. Can’t wait to see you on the mat.
