Who We Are
Founded by Ylonda, an African American woman who experienced the lack of representation in the yoga community while teaching in the predominantly wealthy suburbs of Cleveland, Soul Yoga was created to change this narrative.
Soul Yoga is a vinyasa yoga studio rooted in the values of community, inclusion, diversity, and empowerment. Soul Yoga OHC is committed to fostering personal growth through intentional, wellness-centered yoga experiences. We believe that we are better together, both on and off the mat, and through our practice, we are building the world we long for—one breath at a time.
Our Mission
Create a welcoming space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. We are dedicated to amplifying voices often underrepresented in the yoga community, ensuring that no one is left out—regardless of age, race, religion, gender identity, ability, or sexual orientation.
