This Labor Day, join Sarah for Labor of Love — a yoga class devoted to honoring the effort, energy, and heart you bring into the world, day after day. Through a grounding and heart-opening practice, we’ll move with intention, breathe with presence, and reflect on the beauty of showing up — for our work, our communities, and our quiet inner- healing. This class is an invitation to pause and give thanks for all you’ve carried, created, and become. We’ll reconnect with the strength of the body, the resilience of the spirit, and the beauty of pausing to appreciate a deep presence and relaxation. After class, cool down with refreshing iced tea made with homegrown herbs, and explore beautiful handmade pottery by local artist Billy Ritter.
Movement. Community. Restoration. A celebration of the work we do — and the joy of unwinding. Come as you are — and leave feeling grounded, grateful, and inspired.
