Michelle found yoga at a young age and it served as the yin to her athletic yang. Years later, it was grief that propelled her personal practice to a level beyond physical movement. It became a journey that taught her the power of mindfulness and choosing to be intentional, and created a thirst for more knowledge. This became her path to teaching, and the foundation of her practice and teaching philosophy. Michelle is intentional with the space she creates for students with movement, breath work, mediation and learning, while encouraging a community dialogue for students to learn and get rooted in the collective.
