Flight School: Elevate your Practice

Join Christina and explore the art of inversions and how to safely approach them.  We'll dive into a discussion on anatomy, recognizing how all bodies are different, and learn the essential building blocks of inversions—starting with proper hand positioning and alignment.

We'll cover poses like Crow, Side Crow, Handstand, Headstand, and use props to enhance stability and dynamic warm-up.  You will also practice more advanced poses, including Forearm Stand, Running Man, Flying Crow, Firefly along with transitions between inversions like moving from Crow to Headstand and back. Finally, we’ll end with a short practice to integrate inversions into your flow, followed.
