It can be difficult to navigate the disruptions and bigger "lifequakes" we've all experienced without having the necessary tools to find calm amidst the chaos.
This workshop is for you if: + You've felt lingering anxiety in your life + You are chronically exhausted or stressed out + You're constantly feeling busy or like things are out of control + You feel restless, tired, and have a hard time concentrating? This constant feeling of exhaustion and overwhelm takes a toll on the nervous system. Being able to consciously activate our parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) brings us more peace and mindfulness.
In this workshop, we will use: + Breath (pranayama) + Movement (asana) + Meditation to reset our nervous systems and leave us with tools to incorporate into our everyday lives when we need to find calmness.
