Chaos to Calm

It can be difficult to navigate the disruptions and bigger "lifequakes" we've all experienced without having the necessary tools to find calm amidst the chaos.

This workshop is for you if:
+ You've felt lingering anxiety in your life
+ You are chronically exhausted or stressed out
+ You're constantly feeling busy or like things are out of control
+ You feel restless, tired, and have a hard time concentrating? This constant feeling of exhaustion and overwhelm takes a toll on the nervous system. Being able to consciously activate our parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) brings us more peace and mindfulness.

In this workshop, we will use:
+ Breath (pranayama)
+ Movement (asana)
+ Meditation to reset our nervous systems and leave us with tools to incorporate into our everyday lives when we need to find calmness.

Investment: $74 until Feb. 18, $82 thereafter.
