Dionne found yoga during a season of anxiety and uncertainty. A recommendation from her mom while searching for something that would help her reconnect with herself. What began as a simple home practice became a lifelong study of movement, philosophy, and presence. Along the way, she discovered that yoga wasn't asking her to perfect a pose, it was inviting her to listen.
Her classes honor the roots of the practice while creating an inclusive space where every body belongs. With thoughtful sequencing and an emphasis on feeling over form, Dionne encourages students to tune into their own inner wisdom, trusting that when we become more deeply attuned to ourselves, everything else begins to follow.
