AJ experienced yoga all throughout his athletic career. He enjoyed the balance that it created between strength and an opening up. He began teaching so that he could bring that balance to his athletes and students. He wants to break the stigma of what they might think yoga is, and re-focuses them on what is happening on their mat and in their body.
AJ’s classes often start with an idea, but evolve as he reads the room, catering to whatever is needed with strength-building alignment, breath work, mindfulness and positive visualizations.
